Olivia Sonia Farquharson named 2025 Chapter President of the Year

ELIGIBILITY 
The candidate must have served as president for the 2024-2025 program year to be eligible.
All nominations must be made by a current SMPS member. “Self-nominations” are accepted as well.
There is no nomination fee.

REPORTING PERIOD
September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025.

2026 Nomination submission criteria will be posted on December 8, 2025.

DEADLINE
Deadline April 3, 2026.

APPLICATION FORM
2026 Application and PDF submission must be submitted to smps.org/cpyentry. 

NOTIFICATIONS
Nominees will be notified of their application status by May 15, 2026.*
